sandblast the area and use fiberglass resin and a little bondo.. def a easy fix. ill do it for 150 bucks

Get that cut n re-weld some metal n touch it up n you will be good..bondo dont last for long

cut and weld a tin cutout weld the a closed sesame grind down the extra weld and use a light coat of ppg body filler/sealer if you use bondo it will crack and still let you body continue to rot its about $100 to do it right
