  • Droppin it... what to do.

I want to drop my DC4. What are some good yet fairly cheap names I can look into. I heard Tokiko is a bang for it's buck but let me know guys I'll be doing my research.

    Thanks

looks like tokiko is the way to go! No I will not cut my stock springs and get either extremely bad ride or heat them and get wicked sag... Thanks guys! I'm going to look into the tokiko. What are some good camber kits... anything on ebay for cheap? Hit me up guys thanks again!

Lol at some of the bad info on this thread.Tokikos are trash.Had them on 2 of my cars and they rode horrible. Then again you get what you pay for.My choice would be Koni yellows with ground control coilovers or even d2's.

Nothing wrong with a cut spring when it's done right. Hahaha

Seriously? You may think there is nothing wrong with it but, cutting the springs you completely ruin the spring rate! There is no way to do it right, sure you gain drop and a better center of gravity but you sacrifice your suspension ultimately ruining spring rate; like I previously mentioned, and durability. They will not last long struts and springs.

cut springs are dangerous and can cause coil breakage and blown shocks, which can result in a crash. ( no fun) do it right the first time and you'll be much more satisfied. Read the reviews all over HT for quality/price comparisons. hope this helped
