obd2 integra engine harness mystery plug?

i am getting ready to drop the engine in my car and was looking at some plugs on the engine harness cant seem to find where these go.
the first one branches if the engine harness on top the transmission,its a grey plug with two wires.wire colors blue/yellow stripe and green/white stripe

the other two plugs branch right above the speed sensor .one is a 2 wire black plug with blue on the inside and one is a 2 wire grey plug .

i am probably over thinking .any help i would greatly appreciate

was the harness from a auto car?

That is what i am starting to think. The shock tower plug on the pass side looks a little different too...tried to call the person that sold me the harness didnt get an answer...

just run it as long as all your motor plugs are plugged in then you wont have any issues other then a few extra ugly plugs

But one of the plug on the shock tower from the chasis harness is a three wire plug and is round/ oval and the plug on the engine harness is square with six wires . Will that plug cause any issue?
