Right now I'm running a obd2 b16a2 on a virgin obd1 p28 ecu. I have a few problems with it. The rpms jump when it's idling and it bogs when I'm taking off out of first. Right around 2.5 rpm its normal. Sometimes it won't go past 3.5 rpm and it acts like that's its redline. If anyone who can chip the ecu and help me with this problem.

X2 make sure all the sensors are plug ok. Right it might be something that simple! Eliminate all simple possibilities before u start spending money

Thanks, I know the tps sensor is bad and I don't think the p28 is reading the map sensor because I can unplug it and the car won't shut off.

Bump cuz I had a similar problem and checked my tps who would of known it was broken so I changed it and boom problem fixed

its the ecu . thats causing u to idle funny. try an ls one , guessing u have that since u had and ls it will probly be aroudn 2k idle but steady.
