Looking like its time to buy into my own property. Need to create some more funding so this car has to go.

'00 Laser 6spd S4. Built 11/99. A Box car with aluminum uprights. The car has 3 or 4 dings and some light scratches. It could a nice buff but the paint pretty much burns your eyes regardless. The car pulls very nicely, and is dead silent on the highway at speed. Doesn't burn oil, no rust, A/C gives you frostbite, heater will melt your face off, etc. etc.
Now the car has a pretty awesome set of mid life crisis TSW's. They come with pretty close to shot Neo-Gens, one of them has a slow leak. The car WILL COME WITH the OEM Avus's in gunmetal with snow tires. Those have about a season or 2 left on them. Also have stock lugs, and the full size spare is still in the trunk with the brand new Bridgestone thats never been touched.

Now this car has had a lot of maintenance done in the last few years. (Have receipts for the following)

-Receiver dryer
In the last 5,000 miles I replaced the following myself.
-Front P/S wheel bearing
-Both Rear wheel bearings
-Fan Clutch
-Driver door speaker
-Central Lock Pump
-Driver door handle (spring broke and handle got floppy)
The car for its age is in very good shape, but I recommend the following.
-Coilovers. The 13 year old 120,000 stock shocks and springs, while still somewhat firm, are no longer in their prime.
-A good buff. I don't have the technical abilities or trust anyone to really do a number on the paint with some good compound and really make your eyes light on fire.
-Shifter bushings. Its a bit slushier than my mk2, though I just did a complete shifter overhaul in that thing.
-ABS module needs replacement or sensors cleaned. Every now and then the ABS will kick in when you're coming to a stop. Its random there is no pattern to it. I was told the sensors might be dirty, but its also possible it might be the module. It hasn't done it in a while though.
I'm looking for cash. Not jet-ski's plus cash, not $16,000 MK3 show cars plus cash on my end. Stack of old dead presidents is what I'm after. Considering I know the lowballing is inevitable, lets start this @ $8,500 OBO and go from there. Have title in hand and would like to get it sold soon, I can't keep it parked at work for much longer.
