point not proven, because theres a large difference between market value and KBB value for civics, where as preludes will only sell for what they are worth on KBB/NADA. i know this because ive sold a bunch of both cars.

And i was never knocking the prelude. Im simply saying that id be losing money on the prelude ( i feel) Its a nice car, im just not into them enough to trade for it.

im not sure thats a fair assessment , i feel the over saturation of civics being sold make them less desirable and therefore needing more modifications and work to justify a higher price point...however preludes, stock for stock, are more expensive of a car in general

wasnt trying to take away from your build at all but if were going purley off KBB it would be ME losing the money
