I still say stay with the motor. Build it. Fuck it do some money runs. Make some cash and buy a bike in winter. You know by winter Doug will be ok with a street bike.Cuz it'll be cold and he'll be like yea fuck it you'll never get to ride it. Then when spring comes you got a fast car and a nice bike.

i agree with lsvtec... if you run the car this year and have it built youll have that aside and be able to save for the bike... i was thinking the same thing at the end of last year and because i had never ridden before i figured i cant get road burn on my ass cheeks if im on 4wheels... lol... bikes loose value if you dump money into a car you can make most of it back... my buddy just got a 02 ninja 600 for 2800... when he goes to sell that at the end of this year (if he were to) itll prolly be worth around 1800 to 2000 they dont amount to shit... 5k build in a fresh ef youd be able to get about 4 for.... might take a while but you could
