Lol reading not your strong suit I guess the pic it's self says $690 installing into a uses ecu. Meaning you have to buy a tax ecu and send it to them.
Got no one. If you owned a k series car you would know what these good for.

If you provide them a good ecu it's $690
This is a 02-04 Rsx type s ecu.
It says pre-installed meaning its already installed into a previously used ecu. No core required means u don't send urs in. Unless I'm having a misunderstanding here.
