for those who confuse themselves with strut bar and sway bar, theres a huge difference.
sway bar
strut bar
i don't know why some people get an asr subframe brace without the sway bar, it defeats the purpose of having a bigger sway bar. the asr subframe brace serve its purpose for a bigger sway bar (anti-roll bar) on the non type r chassis. the ast kit prevents subframe tear out. the ctr/itr subframe is more reinforced and can handle bigger sway bars with no problem (asr 24mm, mugen 26mm, asr 32mm hollow bar).
stock ls/rs/gs/se sway bar 12.9mm
stock gsr sway bar 14mm
usdm itr 22mm
jdm itr 23mm
bump if anyone is getting rid of their oem 22mm-23mm sway bar.

Yo just go on Acuraoemparts.com and get a fresh itr sway bar.. They run about 75 bucks without bushings (22mm)..I always recommend just buying a brand new one since they're so cheap and it's an absolute must on every suspension upgrade IMHO... But if ur interested I do have a 23mm at home with bushings and d brackets for 150 lmk
