Every state does. In PA, the maximum is 12 before suspension unless you get charged with a violation that carries a suspension.

In CT it is 10.

When you have an out of state license, the suspension does not carry over to the host state because of the Driver's License Compact or DLC. All states in the DLC just assess the violation/infraction and give you points possibly based on the charge. There are 4 violations that carry over a suspension..DUI/evading officers/leaving the scene/...

x2 yeah im the same way have a little fun once in awhile but the expenses aint worth it if you get caught, but u should be fine man i got like 3 wreckless driving and always had them reduced or dropped, the last one i got they just were like u wanna keep ur license i was like um yeah and hes like alright im reducing it down to a speeding ticket take it or leave it. so u should be set bro dont worry about it

yeah ill deff get a lawyer. i wasn't goin that fast tho, just cars loud. and he didnt get me on radar. i guess i'll see. this won't stop me from my turbo tho ill tell you that. if anyone has a aem fpr let me kno. need asap

well im talking from experience...your gonna go to court and seeing that its your first offense your gonna be iight...i had to pay $300.00...if you dont got the money up front ask them for sum time to pay it
