    Not an engineering major anymore, I'm doing economics finance now...but a part of me still wants to go back and do engineering :(...

    The work load for engineering is a lot though...had a tough time in it for my first semester...but who knows what I'm gonna do in the future.

              I hit the gym 3-5 days a week.
              Went from 155 to 178 ATM in 4-5 months.
              Advice?
              Tuna, chicken, oatmeal, nature's finest/best granola bars, Nitrotech Hardcore is good, GNC PM protein is ok too, peanut butter is ok but has alot of saturated fat, etc
              Creatine Monohydrate wont get you "big"
              Whey protein should be an additive....
              I take in 50-100 G of protein a day..

              I take Mega Men's Sport multi..
              Lots of water, I also do cardio 20 min/day, 40 min sometimes..

                So i'm on day 4 of being back at the gym. so far i have just been easing myself into it. alot of cardio and some minor bodywork. I did a pretty intense ab workout today and i feel like my stomcah might explode but its a good pain. Im gonna go at this until next monday and start my routine. Im thinking of starting a log as well.

                I weighed myself at 198 today so my dieting has already lost me 7 pounds. I intend on losing some and than eventually putting it back on, but with muscle mass.

                    It's cool tho, right now I'm only 246 as of tonight, been holding this for a few weeks. I think I'm gonna go down to around 235 or so by summer so my car will be quicker.

                                no crash diets,it sucks,u can only eat grilled chicken for soo long,just watch what u eat,nothing too fatty... and for sups,lipo6 and metabo************,,none of that stuff is worth its money,go for BSN stuff,take some ATRO-PHEX, i go to the gym every morning at 5:30am pop 3 pills on an empty stomach,rip thru my work out,go to work, take 2 pills before lunch, well i also snack on some raw veggies all day, get out of work at 8pm, hit the gym and do nothing but cardio,i walk a mile then jog a 1/2 mile..........its easy,the hard part is getting use to it,but once u do it for 2 weeks ull get it.... yea winstrol,clen ,dbol test and deca and etc,will help..... but its expensive and u wont wanna get off of it,

                                today i ate,

                                7am: 3 hard boiled eggs,throw the yolks out,they are bad for u...

                                9am: 1 bowl of Kashi cereal,fiber makes me fart all day...lol

                                11am:1 and half cup of water and 2 scoops BSN syntha 6 protein powder...i drink it about 3 times thru out the day...

                                1pm: bag of carrots and 2 apples....

                                3pm: took a big ************ and had more protien...

                                6pm: had a grilled chicken sandwich with wheat bread with let and tomato from bojangles...

                                9pm: tofu with mixed veggies and brown rice....

                                but yea,u gotta be commited,like i said its not that hard,just gotta force urself and then ull get use to it,u can be as many ppl as u want....
