Redline MTL or Redline MT-90 ftw. its a syncromesh designed fluid for smooth engaugements and rids of minor grinds unless your gears and sleeves are shot then thats a whole other issue. It is a 75w90 but the thickness of a 5w30 motor oil. Ive been using it for years and has always made my transmission feel like butter. cane be had for 8 bucks a qt and much better than the honda MTL. but honda MTL is 100% better that straight motor oil
