DO you have an intake on the car if so what size? o Yea and u said u changed the o2 sensor did u change primary or secondary??? and hows ur injectors??? Whats is the exact Code you are gettin P?????

its hard to diagnos without the exact code,n k has a timing chain not belt so jumping timing is hard unless ur revving to 10k ona stock motor lol..but from what its doin sounds like its in limp mode so u dont blow the motor,limp mode activates when the cel comes on to prevent damage,start by reseting the ecu (pull the battery off) n with the cel gone see if the problem continues...(ps if u only changed 1 o2 it could be the other causing trouble now)Money ain't a thing! idk I had cars wit out 02 sensor and they ran great is it diffent wit this type of motor/car ?
and can the 02 sensor cause a hard start ima go check the codes right now

on obd2 cars yes a simple cel can cause these symptoms,my em1 went into limp mode from a bad intake air temp sensor lol couldnt rev past 3k or full throttle same thing urs is doin,switched the sensor n reset the ecu n BAM!!!problem gone lolMoney ain't a thing! Crew Member #2

Sounds,easy lol I wish some one can help in person ill pay
so I check the codes first 1 is map/baro circuit high input p0108
Next is manufacture controlled feul and air metering p1259

second code say's vtec malfuction
Electrical DIY - P1259 VTEC System Malfunction - Does anybody know how to debug my problem. :hithead: OBDII scanner is throwing the code P1259 which tanslates to VTEC system malfunction. My car shakes at idle....could I be misfiring or is it a bad solenoid?:shrug: My plugs look good and are correctly gapped. Any ideas...Money ain't a thing! Crew Member #2
