ok so im having problems with my transmission on my 08 SI first reverse grinds and its really hard to get into gear or get out of gear it does not matter the engine speed its still hard i have to put a lot of force into it and second gear grinds at high rpm s. has anyone had this problem ??

Tranny fluid? Change it out, maybe that will help -
I would say synchros . But those come with carbons should be pretty durable. Could be the clutch.Boosted K all dayComment

I say check the clutch fluid. Otherwise I think it's the clutch.
But it could also be master cylinder failing.
And like they said. Check the transmission fluid.
But the way you explain the behaviour sounds like clutch. But once again it could be any other thing too.
I don't think the transmission is the problem. It's a 2008 transmission and if it was only the transmission it wouldn't be doing that in ALL gears. I give 80% the clutch is the problem.
