Had skunk 2sport shocks on ebay coilovers and honestly didnt ride to bad for a cheap set up.. Skunk 2 shocks and tein springs was also a descent set up but neither are as nice as my d2 full coilovers.. rides really well for how slammed i am (minus the one blown strut in 2 weeks) but d2 replaced it no questions asked..

The best set that I've owned are the Buddy Club N1+ Damper setup, I had them on my 00 SI and they where excellent....only thing is that they are a *************** to set it up the way one would want it..

for suspension id say get some KYB AGX shocks, a lil more $ than some others but not to crazy, and worth it, for springs, cheap springs that i think are good and give a good ride height would be TenzoR, Nuespeed, Eibach sportline or Skunk 2, as for brakes, get some integra front and rear brake setups, with some good pads and call it a day, if rotors need to be replaced get some Brembo Blanks or Powerslot, blank or sloted rotors are best, crossdrilled rotors warp from heating and cooling too rapidly

I've got Skunk 2 pro-s full coilovers not the best but they were in my budget range so thats what i got in a combo with asr rear subframe brace and asr rear sway bar asr spearical end links and blox lca's it is very very stiff on backroads almost uncomfortable but it handles great

Well I guess i'll chime in because I've had a bunch of experience with suspension too. Im currently riding on KYB AGXs and HR Sport Springs which I recommend if looking a very comfortable, stock like ride, even when the AGXs are on their stiffest setting, especially on our f*cked up roads. On the other hand the H&R sports have a very soft spring rating and definitely wont handle the best compared to other coilover/spring and strut combos.
I would have to agree on the Tein Flex being an extremely good all around coilover expecially with the EDFC. Another good combination that I have grown very fond of is the Koni Yellows and Ground Control combo. You get the luxury of the height adjustment as well the "stiffness" being adjustable with the Yellows. Also you get to choose custom spring rates when ordering Ground Controls based on how you use your vehicle. I took a ride with a friend on mine in his integra that had Koni/GCs (400lbs frnt and 300lbs rear). It was one of the nicest suspensions ive been in, not too harsh for street use but could take turns like a mofo especially when suited with a good sway bar combo.
A friend of mine has Skunk2 pro-s and Im still kinda in between on how i feel towards them. I havent got a chance to try them out too much but from my driving experience, I would say they are stiff and not too comfortable (im my opinion) for daily use on our streets, and they dont have an adjustable shock body, but they definitely keep the car grounded when taking sharp turns.
Here are some links that may help out in learning a thing or two about suspension packages as a whole:

I've got the skunk2 pro s suspension, it rides a little rough, but its real nice on turns for a budget suspension. I would probably get KYB AGX's or Koni yellows in the future though because they're adjustable.
