function & form type one seem like a best bang for your buck suspension upgrade.

I decided I would post here instead of making a new thread. So let me start by saying I'm a "Noob" when it comes to coilover setups because I have never had a lowered car before. I'm going to purchase my suspension in a few weeks and I'm kinda up in the air about two setups. I want to get either Function & Form Type 1 coilovers or Kino Yellow shocks with Ground control coilover sleeves. I know a lot of people praise Kino/GC because they ride good and you have the option of custom spring rates and they come with a lifetime warranty. I've been doing my research for the pass few weeks and now I'm leaning more towards the F&F's because I want a full bodied adjustable coilover system because they won't change the spring rate when you lower the car and you retain full shock travel when driving. From what I've learned searching the web and talking to people when it comes to coilovers you want to get a full bodied coilover vs a shock/coilover sleeve setup. I wanted to hear from you guys which system you would recommend. Keep in mind this is for my DD which means I want a reliable setup that isn't going to fail on me a year from now. Thanks!!!

I got sk2 pro series 1 pce.. & man are they stiff.. Hurt my back every time I hit a bump.. Handling is real nice tho no complaints there, but ride is too stiff for my liking

Not tryna spend over $1000 for coilovers going on a DD that's just going to be driven around town. But thanks for the input. Does anyone have any personal experiance with the two suspension setups I mentioned above?

i have function form type 1s on my weekend car and i love it, little on the stiff side but i like it cause i dont want the ass end squatting when i launch

had blackworks on it before and they rode good, ride close to stock on stiffness and fully adjustable and offer 3 year warranty unlike most companys who only offer a year

WTF your telling me chinese made D2,megan,skunk2 are better coilovers then german made KWs your out of your mind. this has to be the most misinformed suspension thread ever as for the best bang for buck suspension is hands down Progress Technology i believe there around 600 dollars for full suspension http://www.robearracing.com/pd-progr...ic-integra.cfm

Hi guys I have been looking for coils for my 2003 ep3. I have read so many stuff and now Im completely lost. it has to be below $1000 for daily drive. I have skunk2 pro series II or Megan racing. Does anybody have any experience.
